Your Ideas/Suggestions for Customer Appreciation Day!

It's that time of year again when I am planning my menu for our Customer Appreciation Day. I would love for you to share your suggestions and/or tried and true recipes for a crowd. I am always looking for some new inspiration when I am planning to cook for 150-200 people! Thanks in advance for your ideas and suggestions to add to my repertoire! =)

  1. This is fun and different and usually, people are eager to try it and talk about it. BBQ nachos. Tortilla chips, pulled pork and nacho cheese sauce. Keep the meat in a crock pot, and the cheese in another - use those crock pot bags for easy clean up. You can buy the paper boats at Sam's. Have a squeeze bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce to squeeze over the cheese.

We always sell out at BBQ contests we participate in. Each year we have some of the same people come and buy them.

    Good Luck.

  3. Thanks for the ideas! =) I am thinking of going with lasagna, tossed salad, garlic bread, assorted desserts and ice cream. I do need a tried-and-true recipe for vegetable lasagna (with a white sauce). If you have one, please share! Thanks much! =)
